This 320 sqm London boutique required two distinct experiences on two floors: an open, welcoming watch floor at street level and a secured VIP salon above. Tower showcases on the main floor maximise vertical display capacity in a narrow footprint, while the upper salon uses low-profile counters and consultation seating for private viewings. Every unit is built on a medical-grade stainless steel and CNC-machined brass chassis, held to ±0.05mm milling tolerance, with 90° invisible pivot hinges and soft-close mechanisms tested beyond 150,000 open/close cycles. Lighting is delivered by COB LED engines at Ra > 95 and 2700K–6500K tunable white, so steel, gold and sapphire read accurately at every hour of the trading day.
